REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Clothing - NO REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERED ITEMS; You may request store credit or exchange your order if the item/s are faulty or wrong size. We do not refund for 'change of mind' as pre-ordered items are made-to-order items. You can exchange for anything else of the same value or use store credit valid for up to one year. You must request store credit 7 days from your order date and/or request an exchange 21days from your order date. Customer will cover all shipping costs. Clothing must have no damages, faults or any sign of wear and tear. 

Accessories - All accessories except eye-lashes can be refunded and/or exchanged under the same conditions stated above.

Faulty - If you receive any faulty stock, please contact us right away with pictures of the faults. Customer must pay shipping costs to us and we will refund shipping amount to customer once we have received item/s.

Shipping - Domestic shipping times are standard Australian Post ETA’s and prices. Pre-order items take 2-3 weeks to produce, once made they are despatched through Australian Post. 

International shipping - Also follows Australian Post guide. However, delays can occur due to your countries customs policies.
